Depends on context, but if you can see an attack that travels through space and time then you probably get immeasurable reaction speed. If they do more than just seeing it and actually avoid it then that qualifies for Immeasurable Speed.

If "transcends" means it can move through time, then they'd have immeasurable perception/reactions

"transcending" can mean a lot of things.

But if it means you are so fast that linear time effectively no longer has a control over you or your actions, and that you can bypass its effect altogether without any bullshit time-travel powers, then yeah, you're Immeasurable speed.

Do note that Immeasurable Speed characters as a bonus can bunny-hop between the beginning of time and the end of time and any period in-between just by sheer movement alone as casually as rolling your eyes. They can also land an attack on an opponent well before it has been struck, and they can effortlessly dodge attacks long after it has already been landed.

Prolly Flash with the Speed Force, but you usually don't have to show that.

You just need to show that you can move beyond the control of linear time altogether.

Fair enough, well if im not wrong there are beings like ueg or yogiri that has immeasurable speed. (Yogiri only has reaction time immeasurable though but anyways im just giving more example of immeasurable speed characters.)

anos have immeasurable bcuz he dodged an attack that didnt have concept of time n the enemy he fought move so fast it look like he skipped time.
