Immeasurable speed stats?

So I was looking through some SMT profiles and almost all of them have listed immesurable speed stats, but with no link to why on the profile, even low 2C tier ones have it such as Loki for example. I am not sure what gives them that level of speed and why, so if somebody could let me know the feats that warrant that and why, and add them to the profiles with scans if possible, that would be very much appreciated.

i am not sure you can ask Mat but from what I can tell they are able to fight beyond the space and time of the universe it's set on not sure if this is the legit answer again Mat is the expert here

OK, I will ask matt. I know that sometimes beings get infinite speed for fighting outside 4D space time, but iirc they have to do something like stomp a 4D omnipresent being or be higher dimensional to get immeasurable status.

If I recal, its because Demi-Fiend destroyed time on an Infinite scale and continued to fight on. Or it could be because Lucifer and Satan managed to keep pace with YHVH.

That is certainly an impressive feat, but isn't fighting in erased or destroyed space time infinite speed? I can certainly see the upper tiers having it due to them being able to stomp omnipresent multiversal beings, iirc beating a 4d omnipresent is immeasurable speed, but I can't for the life of me find the reasoning for lower tiers having that speed stat to, or a specific feat with scans.
