Immeasurable Speed Layers?

Does Immeasurable Speed have any kind of baseline or layer? For example, if a character speedblitzes someone with Immeasurable Speed, will their speed still be plain Immeasurable? Or will it be something weird like Immeasurable with 1 layer?

And CC Goku multiplies his speed with Immeasurable Speed and forms. Does this make his Immeasurable Speed superior to other characters?

Given that Immeasurable speed feats are quite literally impossible in any conceivable physics, we assume that the "slowest" Immeasurable speed feat shown in a verse is baseline, and everything higher than it via scaling upscales.

The layer thing is more like simple scaling tbh, just like you're above baseline FTL by blitzing characters of that level, as "layer" there is more like something that cannot be reached no matter what by simply being stronger (like 2 temporal dimensions would always be above whatever scaling above a single one).
