1.[Yed Prior][10]

Separates the target’s time from the surroundings and allows it to be sped up infinitely without an upper limit.

Eventually, the target of this skill can be sped up such that they transcend past the limit and concept of time itself. Although… that’s assuming their physical body even manages to bear the effect…

It has the priority rank “6”, and as such, it takes precedence over every other skill. It cannot be negated by any means
(Dina skill from chapter 158)

Ruphas can get buff From Dina to gained immeasurable speed

2
.ruphas is embodiment of despair which one can show up anywhere and anytime
But… the representation of despair and irrationality could still show up anywhere at any time(chapter 191)

However, Orm was forced to find that all of those names were insufficient. Those titles were unfitting to properly describe this Ruphas Mafahl, who was far more abnormal than abnormal could be.

This was… yes… this was “despair”. This woman was a personification of the very notion of despair
(Chapter 171)

However with this feat, i believe ruphas Will get immeasurable speed

First one seems fine to me, the second evidence is not exactly a feat or statement for immeasurable speed though.

1st one is blatantly Immeasurable, 2nd without context can mean teleport across space-time.

Apply Immeasurable Speed Ruphas now.

I'm just joking. The first evidence seems pretty legit for Immeasurable speed.

The first statement is fine for immeasurable speed.

The second statement tho, I feel like has nothing to do with immeasurable speed requirement, but you can maybe argue it for nigh omnipresence rating.

None of that is immeasurable.

Yes Prior is a skill that manipulates time, It's never been used on herself to speed herself up, what it does is speed people up so they don't exist anymore.

The rest isn't evidence of anything since Ruphas can time travel with skills doesn't prove she does it with pure speed.

That's a difference skill
Yed Posterior][11]

Separates the target’s time from their surroundings and allows them to be decelerated infinitely without limit.

Eventually, the target of this skill will be slowed down such that their time will stop. Their time will then flow backwards until before they were born, effectively being erased completely.

It has the priority rank “6”, and as such, it takes precedence over every other skill. It cannot be negated by any means

You mean this skill?

Why would the first one be Immeasurable speed? We don't give it to generic "transcends time"statements.

The show up at any time is being misinterpretated too, Ruphas likes to wander around, so you could just going about your day and all of a sudden you encounter the wild last boss, that is what is meant.

Transcending time isn't immeasurable btw.
