Let me tell you what Power does.

So dude 1 is Island buster, dude 2 is continental buster, which means Island buster gets oneshot by continental buster.

Simple as that, and if Island buster has Hax continental buster can't resist than continental buster dies.

Hell, even a dude with street tier and passive Mind or soul **** could kill a galaxy buster if he had no resistance.

This just tells how much meaningless AP is without being able to utilize it.
