The atmosphere surrounding me screams OPness whenever I show up, but The Loli has numerous levels of OPness, and one of them is basically a serial killer loli with not so much powers to speak of, so that could work. If not, there's the 8-C version and stuff. Just limit the hax and there you go lel.
