By default, do we consider illusions as something intangible or physical?

Illusions are intangible by definition. If its tangible then that's not illusion, that's subjective reality.

What if it's purely stated that a pocket reality is made of illusions? It fall for subjective reality?

Illusions are intangible, but so are invisible. Illusions are nonexistent by nature, but they may 'give off' image, smell, touch, etc, depending on the control the user have over it. In this case seems like the guy was sealed in a place two dudes hold control.

The place is an illusion in the sense that isn't not the real world; maybe the container traps whoever sealed in his own mind, or maybe is an entire world, don't know. Whether the case, it's not Subjective Reality, as no boundary between real and unreal is being manipulated.
