I'm not sure if this isn't a stomp. Bai can seal with Divine Sense (on thought) and starts with that almost always, and Ikki wouldn't use either of his amps while kilometers away from his target, that's wasting stamina for no reason.

Isn't this like a total stomp for Bai? Sealing, Mindhax, soulhax, power nullification, spiritual pressure for different effects, statistic reduction, absorption, law manipulation, and more.
