I still think Ikki can take this handily, but I wanna know more about the details of what Kamito has in his arsenal.

From what I can get:
Ikki has an advantage the longer the fight becomes, by copying Kamito's sword techniques + his Ittou powers, where his AP increases a lot
Kamito has an advantage at the start, with his versatility, sheer number of sword and non-sword techniques, and some of his techniques being even faster (First, Sixth, Flash, Final). And if Ikki's sword is broken, Kamito wins.
Both have battle precognition, stat amp, afterimages, and muscle control. Does Ikki have Instinctive Reactions?

There seems to be a revision going on for Rakudai Calvary no Kishi at the moment. Instinctive actions seems to be a part of that.

Yeah Ikki will have instinctive reactions, though i doubt it's gonna be in this key, they will likely benefit his 3 other keys (which will be broken af honestly).
