If you were a writer, what would you do to troll vs debaters

Give characters extremely NLF powers, except also give them feats of affecting 1As and stuff.

Make a system of magic that defies traditional limits, measurements, and tierings because the magic itself changes every time to ensure it can't be consistant. (May or may not already be doing this)

Make this long, great story, have a perfect introduction to an Overpowered villian, but then have some random boi show up last second to replace him out of nowhere because "lol writer's block"

Square in general is really silly with power levels.

What I'll never understand is downplay for FFVIII. It has like, the most overt Tier 2 feats ever.

Make this great big expanded universe to a series I've made where Characters have Extremely potent mindhax, MFTL speeds and Multi Solar System level power but then have a company buy it and reton it from The canon leaving it to be left as merely town level, and have a new movie trilogy starring a Mary Sue.

Make a series with Extremely obvious inspiration from Trigun but make their best feats Room level, while giving them no notable speed feats whatsoever so that you can laugh as the people eagarly watching have to sit there and be disappointed every time you release a new episode.

The average human is 9-B but the demigods are only 9-C and the gods of the verse are 10-A. Granted they would have very good hax to make up for it but than a ordinary martial artist manages to outhax all of them.

And the most powerful and most divine supreme god of the verse predating the universe is just 9-A baby with no hax or intelligence. In other words it's just a strong baby.

Cue a few year timeskip and said baby grows up to be far weaker and is only 10-B. And it's still treated as the most powerful being in the verse by literally everyone.

How about making a character have a blatant Massively FTL+ feat

Then reveal the species of said character is made of light so they can't possibly go FTL
> Survives Tier 6 hits and gigantic explosions.

> Gets killed by a sharp stick.

Serious stick down play.

It's obviously High 3-A at the very least.

He lives in a universe where the speed of light is faster than IRL

Though that would affect, like, all the laws of physics

That's kinda funny, even if it's true.

Genius. Just pure genius
And a minior hint. My series may get inspired by Devil may cry. Maybe?

8-D? Plus this is only an assumption of how my potential (hopefully) series to happen someday.
It's a joke, because there is only one verse in this entire site has 8-D characters, so we can't put them against anybody, because they either stomp or get stomped.

Make it so the protagonist starts out 9-A with 400 m/s speed. Seems normal right? But as characters get stronger they actually get slower and in the final chapter there's a 8-B with Below Average Human speed who gets completely blitzed to oblivion by said protagonist.
