As in lets say Naruto was revealed to just be a dream, and Naruto was actually just sleeping the whole time as a child and woke up. Does that mean everything hes done will be reverted to human lvl?

If a story is revealed to have never happend, does that mean all their feats are deleted?

ah yes, the worst way to end stories ever
yes and no, if the majority of a series is within the "nonexistent/insignificant setting", like wreck it ralph and animator vs animation, their feats are translated as 3D, real feats, so i assume if the majority of a series in within dreams, their feats would matter, but then the character would get a "Real world" key with whatever feats they have outside of the dream
