If a planet had an Island that was Summer all year round, what could we infer about the Planet/Solar System?

Specifically, I mean, would the Planet be bigger/smaller, would the planet be closer/further to/away from the sun, or could there even be additional suns?

And so, on goes our next holiday. After going through multiple teleportation magic circles, we have arrived at the beach where it is summer all year around.

Bright sun in the sky! Bright white endless beach! Even the sea was so clear that you can see the bottom! There is also no one else here other than us!

It’s autumn in Japan right now, but places like this where it is currently summer does exist in this planet. After all, it is a big world.

The pole region is also "winter" all year long, half year is night and half year is day, seasons, night and day is depending on planet rotation and it distance to the main star. So having a place with summer all year long is mostly irrelevant
