All of this looks good to me, I only have a few very minor complaints.

Stated that his previous body had "Civilzation-threatening firepower"

This could just be “Stated to have civilization-threatening firepower”, saying that it’s in a previous body while in said previous body’s key is a bit weird.

Fought and eventually defeated the Decepti-God[25], which was described as having the power to shatter a world[28]

This should honestly be 5-B imo, it seems like a pretty blatant Planet level statement.

At least Subsonic movement speed

This could use a justification.

Should be far superior to Strika, who could stop a weakened Devastator's fist[43], or an amped Tailgate, who lifted the Rodpod

It would be preferable if the profile explained why Megatron should be stronger than Strika or Tailgate.

Aside from those minor things, everything looks solid.

I'd say so, but I'd save it for another revision, as I have some AP readjustments coming up. That and this feat might be higher.
