All of that comes from Ultron gaining awareness of a multiverse. I don't know if that would apply to him being able to see invisible enemies.

Even if he can see Ichigo and leads with the Mind Stone, Ichigo already survived Byakuya’s Bankai slamming him, something that is comparable to the Mind Stone beam. Ichigo just goes Bankai, blitzes and one shots after this.

Yes, but it was only with the Kamar Taj wizards who did. It’s only really showcased in Doctor Strange when Strange gets launched from his body against one of the goons and after with the Ancient One when talks to Strange while she is dying.
