Ulquiorra's lanza had around 39 metatons and im assuming natsu here is scaled to Jellals city attack which was around 19 yet is supposedly stronger.....and ichigo has true flight (unlike natsu who launches himself with fire) and can spam ceros and getsugas. Ichigo should take this since higher AP/Dura as well as more experience in ariel flight
