Ichigo can hurt Brutaka's soul, yeah. Brutaka's BFR is an issue, I dunno about the specifics about Matter Manipulation but yeah he has options, skill, and an AP advantage.

I'm fairly sure Ichigo can deal with dimensional BFR with Senkaimon(Isshin told Ichigo to open Senkaimon which implies Ichigo know how to do it)
On top of that Ichigo is invisible, and dunno how this will affect him but at this point Ichigo is not made from Physical matter, but he made from reishi=spiritual particle, it is diff from Kishi=Physical matter.
But I have no idea how this will affect him because there are no explanation on how Brutaka matter manip works.

Ichigo is invisible and this guy has no enhanced senses,he won't even know what he is fighting or where Ichigo is.

It doesn't matter whether Ichigo wouldn't abuse his invisiblity (he would), he doesn't have a choice since its passive and he can't turn it off. Ichigo is scaling to 513 megatons so he should definitely have the AP advantage. Not really seeing a win condition for Brutaka tbh. Voting Ichigo.
