Iirc, OBD has Haru at roughly Mach1800 while Ichigo is Mach1000+. They're roughly equal in speed, with slight but negligible advantage to Haru.
Gonna have to go with Haru due to versatility, haxx advantage and because Ichigo is not very bright.

People are jumping to conclusions. Why not wait long enough before making a mistake? Rather than use the word "featless", I can say he (Ichigo) is currently not showing any significant feats, while Haru glory did and is not going to show anymore, as the events have reached their conclusion. Ichigo isn't going to take Haru Glory easily with just Getsuga Tenshou.
