Should Ichibei be at least Country or likely higher since he (like the other members of Squad Zero) shouldn't be inferior to the Country level Yhwach?

No. Yhwach has shown to be superior to every one of them. The Royal Guards were defeated by the Elite Sternritters off screen. How can they possibly be Country level?

Because Kenpachi is. And all their pages say they shouldn't be inferior to him, which they clearly are on their profiles

Their stats are based off Zaraki's Shikai key. They also have "likely higher" next to their stats.

Since they were defeated off screen and we have no idea what they can do, their stats will stay where they are.
