Which Gelatin very easily breaks out of. Even though the ice is 7C, encasing someone in a big chunk of ice isn't the same as smacking them in the head with it. 7C ice doesn't mean 7C blunt impact, and even if it did, Gelatin facetanks it no problem.

Even if Shoto uses any of his 1 shot moves, Gelatin would splatter him into a puddle before he has a chance to do so, and even if you argue that Shoto outranges, he actually doesn't since SBA means a couple meters apart and Gelatin can just acid spray him into oblivion

SBA doesn’t mean a couple meters, it means the starting distance is equal to the max range of the character with greater range (Unless that’s greater than 4 kilometers, in which case starting range would be 4 km)

in that case Todo blasts with heat and cold while Gelatin plows through it, especially his ice attacks due to resistance

if Todo goes for Flashfreeze Gelatin just kills him since Todo is too busy stereotypical anime charging his attack

if Todo goes for Flashfire Fist, Gelatin just kills him since Flashfire is melee
