Is not exactly what it says, but neither it says otherwise; I consider immeasurable standards quite vague, most of time coming from "transcending time" statements.

I meant that if the wikia sees the feat itself as not being immesurable I can't really argue against it

how exactly? A temporal omnipresent being can just shoot a temporal omnipresent attack to where a guy will be standing a million years from then and they’d get hit right? Since they intersected with the path of the attack.

If it impacts, it will affect the target through all times, but is not instantly, not necesary; although considering that time and space are linked, sometimes a temporal attack has the same effects as a spatial-temporal one (but for definition purposes, that is not omnipresential).

Why would it affect someone through all times? I’m working with absolute spatial coordinates here and only those versions of the characters that are in the path of the attack would get hit. Everything else would be causality doing it’s thing.

I also don’t see how you can dodge it with finite speed, it’d be like someone shooting a bullet at you before you were born and that bullet suddenly manifesting itself in your brain when you intersect with it’s trajectory (which would be immediately since the being that shot the bullet at you knows all of your positions in space you will ever have)

Same reason Jeff isn't Tier 2 via surviving attacks from Giygas; Outlier/PIS.
