If the verse already exists in the wiki, you should check with an administrator, in case it is not here, then you should create a CTR to add the verse to the wiki.

Oh, that? If it's a new verse and you got the materials and calcs ready (note that said calcs must have been approved by Calc Group members beforehand), then generally a new verse is added as soon as character profiles for said verse is added. At least that's from my experience of adding in characters from new verses.

If you're adding new material to an existing profile, you should post your proposals on the Content Revision board, but judging by where you posted this thread, it seems you already know where to go.

Technically you can make a profile for a character below 9-A without any need for calculation, tho If it does go above that said tier then you should have a calculation ready.

Tiers between 9-A and 3-B, even those which do correspond with their namesakes, should not be assigned unless there are accepted calculations, multipliers, and/or reliably stated precise Joule values that correspond with those ratings, as many verses can have their own context result in these feats being above or below their namesakes
