Well Baki has a 1.58x advantage in AP and Goku ain't really a haxy guy. So unless he can stall time to transform into an Oozaru, then I'd say Baki takes this

I should point out that such a small gap would probably be fairly quickly be covered by his Accelerated Development during the fight.

Goku also has Afterimages and at this point I'm sure has fought Gohan (gramps) so Baki skillstomping is probably not gonna be possible. Plus his AD will catch up to both Baki's AP and his skill.

The problem is Goku loses pretty much all of his skill when he turns into DK. But he gets an AP advantage and (surprisingly) a speed boost.
