Dont know much abt both of them but if baki with class M catches Baki with unknown LS its over for Baki with Unknown LS
but Baki with Unknown LS should still be able to beat Baki with Class M with range and wind based attacks

Gotcha, that will make things a bit more harder for the Hanma due to the constant use of wind techniques and clones/substitute stuff. However Hanma does have ways to get around this, namely amping with cockroach tackle/death concentration and also possibly using 0.5 second. Once upclose this fight would fall to Hanma's favor with Benda/Whip Strike/Cord Cut all being fight enders here.

Also I'll assume Naru Baki is no doubt capable in combat (I'm not too familiar with Naruto skill scaling but Part 1 alone seems respectable, also writing was peak) but Hanma's skill feats speak for themselves in cqc

Yeah I'll vote Baki Hanma for now, I feel like he can close the gap with cockroach tackle and from there he can dominate in cqc via better skill. Worst case he can use whip strike/benda/cord cut to win.
