What does Six lead with?

Anywho, to explain. Kondraki has control over 408 to use them as a shield to block the bullets in order to make up for the glass cannon durability he has, plus 515-ARC would severely blind/burn with its flash if you stare at it.

Six probably will just shoot at him with a hand gun at the start and then, request whatever equipment he needs later.

Pretty sure 408 has tanked gunshots, so they would mitigate some damage while catch Six off guard at the same time, and if he gets blinded, it would be over

Since ARC is only really effective in a few meters around Kondraki, what are the chances of Six getting into close combat and dominating with the Buzzsaw?

Well what is the starting range?

If its far then Kondraki should be able to use 408 to make himself invisible and create false illusions of himself or other scary creatures to trick Six

And I think the invisibility + illusions aren't quite perfect? From close range Six can probably spot him or the camera if he pulls it out.

Seems that Kondraki has more versatility, anything above 9-C is restricted right? If yes, then Agent Six can't use his higher firepower weapons making him have even less of a chance to win. I lean toward SCP.

Several dozen meters still seems enough to be unnoticed until he gets closer, so the illusions should buy Six out until he can get close enough. Also, before you mention his enhanced senses, that was only to avoid a stab. A gun would be much faster.

I feel I should point out clef can't tell the difference between kondraki or site-17 from them and used them to replace himself in the middle of a conversation.

Actually, I decided to give Six the buzzsaw (his standard equipment), even though it is above 9-C, because it is a melee weapon and he doesn't have much else going, making him pretty balanced even with that.

Would the burns take Six out, though? It sounds very painful, but not immediately lethal.
