I assume its World Breaker Hulk.
Thor takes this with difficulties. They are both more or less physically equal in strength and speed. Hulk has an advantage with much higher regen, but Thor has more and better hax. He can fly and throw Hulk into space, spam him with lighting or use his godblast. That will eventually overpower Hulks healing factor and he will transform back into Bruce Banner. (This was proven here).
Furthermore Thor can enter Bersker Mode and get stronger than an already enraged Hulk.

Thor rarely actually uses his hax sadly, so I think this battle may be harder than we think.
Hulk has been depicted as having a slight advantage to Thor in strength, plus range boost and has quite the regen.

I think it could go either way. Hulk has very good healing, but Thor can strike from afar where Hulk can't reach him. I'm undecided.

Would any of THor's hax even affect Hulk?
Hulk has resistance to transmutation, and the Hulk isn't intangible nor does he use mystic energy.

Thor's speed is generally far superior, his mobility is also considerably better, and he has multiple forms of hax that Hulk can't react to (anti-force, life drain, energy drain). And physically, Thor is at least Hulk's equal when fighting seriously.
