Incorrect.
The only thing Hulk has going for him is his healing factor and potentially higher stamina and that's it. Omni Man has superior AP via Upscaling from Mark who he casually stomped while enraged. Immensely superior intelligence and experience, and flight.
Omni Man takes this 10/10 times, Hulk really has no chance here as he's outmatched in everything

I thought it could be deduced from the fact that Sakaar isn't a place in the Invincible universe, but anyways...
That doesn't make any sense. Hulk gained a lot of training in that time.
