Idk Garlic Jr has Immortality type 4 and massively hyersonic+ speed and plus he has this move call Dead Zone, that might give him the victory.

Surprisely Garlic Jr., why? Well it is true that the Hulk is greater in ap and dura, he is not faster, doesn't have many ranged attacks, is not immortal, and can be ultimately defeated via Dead Zone.

i'll give it to Junior, the DeadZone is a win condition here.
not to mention, he'd be getting a buff to atleast low 4-c if the small star base frieza calc is accepted.

If it's a win via BFR then Garlic can win by using the Dead Zone. If not then I think the Hulk would win.
