What can Hughie do? Because based on what I'm seeing, the dude lacks any kind of skill, and Chisato is decently skilled to the point I believe the dude won't be able to even touch her.

That said, maybe his prep is good. What are his prep feats?

Honestly, giving Chisato an prep will only have her more advantages here no matter how good Hughie prep will be
And the AP gap, while not much, only to make this harder for Hughie

I've removed Chisato's prep time to make it a bit more fair for Hughie.

Hughie can teleport Chisato to dodge against the latter's attacks and/or to get rid for her weaponry and stuff.

Not knowledgeable on how good his prep time is. I just clicked Random Page a bunch of times and got him.

Well we don't usually use A > B > C logic here but then again without her beated Mari, Chisato is still taking this
Voting her since i didn't make it clear previously
Yeah, I was just too lazy to elaborate on why I think Hughie loses. Come to think of it, the reason is pretty much the same as his loss against Maki, getting severely outskilled.

It's there any solid wincon for Hughie? Because if not this is an stomp
His main wincon is his tp hax. He can use his powers to teleport Chisato away and get rid of her gear.
After that, he has a few options he can choose from. He can steal Chisato's gear and use it against her while she's off-guard., he can throw Chisato of a building, etc.
The main issue lies in Chisato's significantly higher AP and skill. It may be difficult (but not impossible) for Hughie to teleport Chisato away, even with prep time.

Honestly, even if all stats were equal and powers were restricted on both ends, I don't think Hughie has anything in particular that could allow him to win. Chisato is an assasin trained in multiple fields of both espionage and combat, while Hughie is mostly just a normal dude with some slightly decent gunmanship thrown into a conflict way over his head, which doesn't even compare to Chiasto's own experience with weapons.

Even adding Temp-V into play wont change the verdict all that much, as not only can Hughie NOT carry any equipment when he teleports...he is also just gonna end up flashing a legal minor, which should honestly be an insta-loss condition in itself tbh.

On a real note, the teleport won't likely help him all that much combat wise. It doesn't make him any faster and Chisato could likely predict where he would teleport, even if she can't read his muscles to do so, given that she is rather smart even without her Analytical prediction.

The ONLY thing that Hughie has going for him, is that Chisato is a pacifist and wouldn't actually try and kill him.

So, stomp?

Btw, I gave only Hughie prep time and prior knowledge. Hughie should be able to at least surprise Chisato with his tp hax.

Hang on a minute, Chisato has a freaking artificial heart made out of metal. Wouldn't she just straight up die the moment Hughie teleport her? THIS CHANGES EVERYTHING.

Reading back at this, Chisato massively outskills so Hughie's chances of touching Chisato is very low...

But he only needs to grab her once to kill her. Not to mention, how would she even predict him? She has never dealt with someone who can teleport in her verse before. She wouldn't expect him to just disappear into thin air, leaving all of his clothes behind only to reappear right behind her. He also has prior knowledge too so he knows that he can instantly kill her with a teleport and that she can predict his movements which helps him approach the fight more cautiously.

I mean... this thread already hit grace a while ago so you'll have to make another thread (at least I think that's how that works)
