So I realized that his profile states this"Is capable of disassembling everything in the Digital World, throughout eternity, into the two extremes of light and darkness, and drive it into non-existence" and since the Digimon World is now infinite I request that Huanglongmon is upgraded to Multiverse Level+

So how is he Universal+ due to this if it is only the Digital World in which is a planet. Also what is AFAIK?

The Digital World, depending on the continuity, can be as large as a universe.

AFAIK = As far as I know.

Yes, but the DW also includes the Network that connects all human universes to the digital world. By logic, the Digital World includes the Human Multiverse (which is infinite). Even WoG has indicated this possibility . And Next 0rder, besides revealing that human multiverse exists in the Network, also showed that if the energy of the Digital World was used, the entire network would be destroyed and it would also destroy ALL Human Multiverse.

So I believe it can consider the DW as equivalent to Human multiverse as a whole (maybe even more)

Ehhh, I'm not really for this. AFAIK Huanglongmon has never really had a formal appearance (other than XROS Wars, which IIRC he basically fodder) so we don't really know the full extent of Taikyoku. Plus, it just said Digital World, nothing to really imply it refers to "all worlds" or anything of that nature.

I think "At least Low 2-C, possibly much higher" would be safe though since I believe he was intended to be stronger than just universal+ but not enough indicates him to be multiversal+.

Same issue with Shakamon, said to be super strong and nigh-all powerful yet has next to no feats.

I'm with Dark on this one. Let's not be jumping to conclusions based on scaling. There just isn't enough information on either of them and they don't have enough appearances to make this assumption.

After seeing what Dark has said I agree that there isn't enough info on this guy for an upgrade.

I'm VEEEERRRRYYYYYY late to the party though I want to debunk certain things you stated.

For one while It is true that the Digital Plain connects to all Real World universes (which explains how multiple protagonist from different series met eachother in the Digital World) I don't think destroying the Digital World or It's connctions would impact RL at all if not fraction of it. Reason for saying this was because in NE0, Shoma outright says that in order to destroy the multiverse including the human world, they need to either merge or open the portal to effect it. And as we all see in multiple instances in the digimon series, most of the time the villains try to destroy/conquer the real world is by merging it with the digital world seeing how they were able to easily manipulate data then RL matter. Hence how they were able to conquer the human world.

So TL;DR, the digital world being destroyed wouldn't lead to the destruction of the human world majority of times without them trying to merge the worlds together in 1 plain. In fact multiple times have shown or stated where the digital multiverse have been destroyed or reset without the real world even noticing. The reason why the real world in CS was rest in the first place was because it was already partially merged with the digital plain giving easy acess for yggdrasill to do his thing. In fact I dare to say that the human world exceedd the digital world more often then not seeing how human thoughts and emotions outright determined and shape the digital world into existence (and yes digital networks also contribute to the making of digital world)
