How we do in situations like this

So let's say for exemple
"is shown that the country was half destroyed by the Fight between goku and vegeta" and the feat gets calced at Small country
But we only see the after math not how they destroyed it
But they also have ab Mountain feat that was in one shot
What would we say "at least Mountain likely Small country since no proof they did in one shot" or "Small country since no proof it was overtime"

Simply statements of "destroyed [insert landscape]" aren't enough to warrant an upgrade to [landscape] level.

In addition to our ratings are just names based in round estimates (destroying a mountain is not quite mountain level, is small city level, and destroying islands are not always island level), we do not assume one character can destroy a landscape in one shot unless otherwise stated, and is completely possible to destroy an environment even with low AP.

For example, one can destroy a skyscraper having wall level, destroy a metropolis being only building level, and destroy a country by simply being town level. Destroying a landscape require a combination of AP, AoE and speed (although in general, a minimal ap is required).
