How to recognize a 4-D character?

4-D characters are innate High 3-A, given that 4-D power is always superior than infinite 3-D power regardless of scale.

A 3-D character would have to be capable of destroying a 4-D space-time at minimum, which would be Low 2-C.

Other than that, I'm not sure how else you could differentiate them.

Apologies if this is unhelpful.

They cannot be harmed by 3-D conventional attacks and haxs because of their 4-D nature.

Say you were able to manipulate matter universally at the sub-atomic scale, this wouldn't effect the 4-D character because they are beyond traditional 3-D matter.

If a 3-D character's attacks can destroy 4-D matter than they should be able to harm a 4-D character, it's just that anything below this scale shouldn't be able to harm a 4-D character unless it's a metaphysical hax of some sort.

Yes. I'm asking that what separates Zeno with The Spectre? Is it abstract existence or nigh-omnipresence of some sort? As Zeno can be harmed by 3-D matter manipulation or mindhax according to this wiki

They are seperated by an actual mathematical dimension. Zeno, being a 3-D character, is the equivalent of us looking upon a circle drawn on a piece of paper, he being the circle and the Spectre being us.

"While higher-dimensional creatures cannot directly interact with lower dimensional ones, they can however, interact with the higher-dimensional construct within which the lower dimensional construct lies, eg: we can tear the 3-dimensional paper in which the two-dimensional square exists.

Hence, while higher-dimensional characters are not capable of directly attacking a lower dimensional character, they are very much capable of harming them (via an indirect attack on a higher-dimensional plane)."

" Logically, a lower-dimensional character should at best have as much ability to affect a higher-dimensional character as a drawing on a paper has to punch you in the face." - Tiering System

4D beings are acausal, meaning they can't be affected by changes in their past or future. There are some like Solaris who have temporal omnipresence so destroying them in the present wouldn't kill them. They also have immeasurable lifting strength due to their bodies transcending 3D concepts of mass.
