How to get 1-A+?

Mathematically, 1-A has its size represented by further uncountably infinite cardinals beyond useful applications of certain measures (ℵ2 and onwards, most specifically) and can be extended unto greater levels of infinity, representing different complexities or qualitative "steps" on an Outerversal scale, in the same way 1-B and 1-C are divided. Characters who stand an infinite number of steps above "Baseline" Outerversal realms and structures are to have a + modifier in their Attack Potency section (Outerverse level+)

So my questions are these:
1. Does it have to be an endless hierarchy?
2. If you use an Infinite multiplier to an Outerversal being, will it make the being achieve this 1-A+ tier?

An infinite multiplier isn't even a single level higher than baseline 1-A.

To be 1-A+, you need to be infinite levels of existence above baseline 1-A.

I'm pretty sure transcending an outerversal hierarchy to the point that no matter how many layers it adds, you'll still be above it, will be High 1-A.

without proper context, still 1-A+, but if with ''transcending'' do u mean things like being above any expansion of a 1-A hierarchy, yes, it is High 1-A
