How to calculate this feat? (Akashic Records of Bastard Magic Instructor)

So the feat is performed by Glenn Radars from Akashic Records of Bastard Magic Academy.


How would you calculate it? I don't really have a clue on how to exactly find the size of the explosion and what destruction value to use for this. Would be greatly appreciated if someone could help me out.

Also, I thought that the size of the destructive move should be based on the 4th image in the OP and how it looks but we actually have a lot clearer one and it's actually smaller than I thought. (though I do think vaporization can be applied to this or something like that)

Do you want to make profile for Glenn? Also Extinction Ray is more of focus blast technique rather than AOE attack.

Yeah, I do. I already have a 9-B+ calc for him and a sandbox in making. First I will add everything up to volume 2(manga only)

And even though extinction ray is focused I still think it's damage should be calced in one way or another. I want to believe it's possible to get 9-A or maybe even 8-C out of it
