So, what would be the vaporization of a sea cucumber? What material would you even be accounting for when it gets vaporized? Maybe water would be a decent part of what it's made out of but idk.

In Demon King Daimaou Volume 3 Hiroshi vaporizes a sea cucumber with his plasma ball. It's basically a demonic beast and it dwarfed the surrounding houses. I'm hoping this feat could be either supporting evidence or maybe even an upgrade since some calculation results are far higher than you expect at first of course some are far lower but yeah

IIRC, our calculations page might have a density value listed for flesh somewhere.
Alternatively, can't you use square cube law? Get the mass of a regular sea cucumber, measure the giant one, determine how many times greater in size than the regular one the giant one is; You can use this with square cube law to determine how much the giant one should weigh.
