How to Post on FC/OC

Basically what's in the title, I'm creating the sheets of some characters from a certain fanfic, and I already have enough material to put the first character, how do I put it? I didn't do anything similar


Bônus question:
If a character is able to burn water (Not vaporization) just burn, would that be some hax?

In regards to your first question, you simply create the page as you would on the main wiki. You shouldn't post till you have a complete page, so you should work on it in a sandbox first, then post it as a page once you've completed it.
