How to beat Mid-Godly Regen

How exactly does one beat mid-godly regen? It seems to me that while coming back after having your entire verse erased might be a better feat, there aren't many ways to get around Mid-Godly regen as it is, seeing as it nopes Reality Warping, Void manipulation and soul destruction

Well as i said in the high-godly i just go for powers that negate the regen all together

Mid-Godly: Able to regenerate from nothing. High-Godly: Able to regenerate even if your existence is erased and the reality you are within is destroyed

Doesn't this mean that if the dimension where the Mid-Godly characters is at the moment is destroyed, it won't be able to regen?
