You have to click on add, but you can't make a profile like that on the spot.
You must provide evidence or calculations necessary for character feats and wait for a staff member to approve your profile.
But you can always make a profile on a blog in your user profile and when it is approved you can add it.

Does anyone have any way to determine if there's a pending new page for Toxin and/or Knull?
I know Knull is a relatively new introduction, so he doesn't have a lot of actual feats to give him a ranking — but he has implied feats (although, it sounds like that doesn't count).

From what I've read, Knull is an ancient entity that existed before the universe was created. It was said that he existed in the void of nothingness, in which he considered his domain.
Upon early creation, he held a strong grudge against the Celestials, as he highly opposed their creation of early civilization. He then created the sword of living darkness, the "All-Black" and easily decapitated a powerful Celestial. He then created a symbiotic suit of armour from the eldritch darkness he commanded and embarked on a war against the cosmic entities that took up "his domain".
Some of his limited but impressive feats have ranged from creating his own planets, and easily defeated Silver Surfer, after Surfer had freed a planet from his wrath.
Over the course of several billion years, Knull conquered a profound amount of planets and devoured entire civilizations over that time.
According to another fan site:
Knull possesses the ability to create, control, and manipulate a fount of eldritch darkness—a manifestation of the primordial void that existed before the universe itself—that he calls the "living abyss".
Knull has existed for at least 13.7 billion years, having come into existence prior to the beginning of the universe itself - before the genesis of such concepts as life and death - and as such is unable to be truly killed.
When asked if King Thanos had managed to kill Knull in the future where he succeeded in killing everything, Donny Cates stated that he hadn't due to Knull being unkillable.
