How to add a verse??

I was curious as to how someone would propose a verse to add to VSBW?

You can just add it by yourself, you don't really need approval for that unless said verse is controversial.

Press the page logo on the top right of your screen. After adding your title, press the visual editor icon and change it to source editor. It's much more easy for you that way.

As for the format of your verse page, just follow this page.

for making pages for characters do i have to ask for permission regarding scaling and such?

If you have enough knowledge of standard profile creation and as long as your profile don't have tier 2 and above and not have some controversial haxes like , cm, acc 2 and above, im2 , NEP and more like these . Then you are allowed to make profile without the need of crt
