How strong SMT Sun Wukong is?

As the title says. Since SMT series now have a complicated scale chain, I'm curious about this since SMT Sun Wukong could potentially fight against Superman, his best opponent. Sun Wukong has more connections to Superman than Son Goku's connection to Superman.

As a summonable demon? Yes, but he has no involvement in the story or sidequests and thus can't scale to anyone or anything in said stories nor would he have performed any feats, thus leaving him without any tier besides said early-game sidequest in IV.
