Anyway, tier 2 at the minimum if we go by the movies. Obito explicitly created a timeline with that limited dollar store version of Infinite Tsukuyomi and Naruto and Sakura were teleported inside that parallel universe.

im saying that since they have no profiles for jump force so it doesn't really matter about what tier they put them at currently lol, if they had profiles i would not have made that comment

vsbw is very inconsistent (not sure why Madara doesn't scale to BM Naruto even though they fought and he won, it's not like he used the susanoo for much of the fight) and oftentimes outdated (just a few days ago I found that BM Minato's human form hadn't beed updated to scale to Naruto) and even illogical (Base Hashirama isn't given Kurama's Large Island Level to Small Country Level in Base even though he scales to him and his SM also doesn't account for the possible Low 6-B base) but people still like having a sorta professional place to discuss it with people more knowledgeable about the series on average compared to other random places on the web.
