How strong is Gremmy Visionary?

I gotta ask just how strong is Gremmy‘s ability the Visionary?
Does it has limits?
Can he imagine anything, or change anything.
Can he instantly imagine people out of existence?
Basically can he kill anyone as long as they arent universal in terms of scaling or is there a limit on him?

Hmm, it doesnt really say any limits on his Visionary.
I am more asking if his reality warping can beat people as long as they arent 4D.
Can he just imagine people out of existence or does the opponent need to be relative or weaker than him, and if he is weaker cant he imagine himself just being stronger?

Yes, he can beat people stronger than himself that aren't 4-D but he has limits when using it in certain situations.

"If he falters or imagines himself of his own death, The Visionary can be used against him. Also, if he imagines somebody or something to be impossible to surpass due to being too powerful or difficult, then attempts to exceed their strength and is unable to imagine an equally powerful body to properly contain it, his own power will instead fatally damage him."

Yeah so would that put him at Universal Hax?
He can still imagine himself dying ofc since his body is just a figment of his imagination.
-well when he did it with Kenpachi he was trying to imagine and comprehend a body capable of defeating Kenpachi.And as we know in the novels Kenpachi is a beast and still didnt master bankai and its excess of power it gives him.
-So basically he could defeat anyone below 4D with hax, but imagining a body capable of beating someone who‘s powers are too imense and incomprehensible he cant beat?
-So as long as he doesnt try to imagine beating the other person with raw power, he can beat them with hax?
