What his scream actually does is very, very vague. Ending the world can be deciphered as many different things. And again, he likely wouldn't want to when near Santa.

He doesn't want to. It isn't his way. He will incap or use his signature move "Home for the Holidays" which has been used to incap demons, robots, and other entities. Not sure exactly if that would keep SM from coming back, though if he does he isn't getting past Santa's passive hax.

Only works if he is killed, which Santa doesn't do. Also Santa incaps with presents and his presence, so not sure how that would be incon.
