it isnt as it is shown to amp retakka up to extreme degrees of power as before he went to absorb all of the energy from the vegetation on that planet, he went to a planet with very large canyons that spans across the entire planet and has hurricanes within that said canyons that spans hundrds to thousands of kilometers which kept part of the land mass of the planet afloat. btw his hax is actually elemental absorption not lifeforce

However, it can't really be calced considering that it isn't a normally quantifiable energy so we just go with whatever feats the character showcases after absorption. Whatever that canyon stuff yields would be his AP, not anything from the act of absorbing planet-wide life energy.
