If we wanna know how powerful he really is, then we first have to discover how many dreams are inside the Dream Stone. From there, we can find what tier Dreamy Bowser really is. What we do know is that he is currenyly 2-B.

Well, it says there are innumerable dreams made by a single different life-form, and all the dreams are inside the Dream Stone. Does that mean anything?

Innumerable is like limitless or infinite in vs battle terms. Containing innumerable dream and each dream is a separate universe thats a solid 2-A. But might need to show some sources/links to how he said it

There probably isn't that many universes. I think it's just a thousand to a million universes.
