How Powerful Are These Feats?

So, soneone us working on a project, and I offered to help out. Here are some of the feats thry have for the main character.

1. She can take a car (e.g. a Sedan going 60 km/h toward them with little to no damage.

2. She can punch with the force of lightning.

3. She can lift a car like 5 feet in the air (with both hands)

Where do these feats scale?

There was also one of shattering a concrete cylinder. It's about 18 inches wide and 6 feet high. I heard to crush it, it takes 1.6 million pounds of force. Where would that be?
