The issue here is that SCP was grandfathered in. If it wasn't profiled when it was it also wouldn't be allowed in the wiki.

Sure, but as far as I remember those beings (God aside since i've never heard of this entity) mainly rely on Supernatural abilities (Correct me if I'm wrong here) . I was talking about Raw AP.
I agree that this kind of entities is way above superhuman levels via hax, considering that most levels are huge, if not straight up infinite.

The tycoons are some of the most powerful on wikidot continuity and scale to the cosmology which should be low 2-C considering the backrooms contain 4D structures

You may want to revive the topic a bit before putting any work into profiles, as I don't think the results were actually finalized- right now, the thread serves as a very good indicator of what the consensus generally is.
