Nasu stated Arcueid is the strongest in the franchise, so how is ORT above her. Even if he was stronger in raw power despite Nasu saying otherwise, and even if he could prevent Arcueid from using her Earth ability to surpass him since he changes the Earth itself, she could still beat him on the moon or Moon Cell by reducing his power to 1/6th. I assume it is referring to ORT being above Archetype: Earth WITHOUT her abilities being kept in mind? Even on Earth I believe Arcueids ability to always be stronger could work, since she can at least defend her reality marble from being completely transformed. Regardless, she should always win on the moon or Moon Cell, since nothing states he can alter either.
