How high into 2-C is Beast Gohan?

Manga-wise? I have him scaled to over 26 septillion times 3 Universes

Anime-wise? He would be 6 Universes. 6 2-C begins with 2 GoDs clashing and we can consider UIS1 Goku or Post-UIS1 Blue Goku to be baseline. So scale up from there.

To keep things simple I'd just scale Gohan Beast to Gogeta Blue-level. Who is scaled to SSBE Vegeta + X20 SSB Goku in his base form.

Base Gogeta = >40x 6 2-C
SS1 Gogeta = >2,000x 6 2-C
Gogeta Blue = >320,000,000x 6 2-C (320 million)

So Gohan Beast should be considered at least 320 million times 6 2-C

I'm confused. Wouldn't this put him higher into 2-B rather than 2-C? I forget whether or not these kinds of amps allow for such a jump in tier, but still. Maybe I have something fundamentally wrong here.

They don't unfortunately (which is how they can be stuck at 2-C yet within the destroyed amount of universe times x transformations higher than baseline)

Going from 2 Universes to 3 Universes for example is treated as an unquantifiable gap. So no matter the value you multiply it by it will remain the same number of universes.

I personally disagree with the rationale behind it but I don't care enough to debate it.
