Of the 4 feats, two are 2x uni, one is "many" times uni, and the last is uh. Basically just count every pink orb you see here, and that's how many universes the feat scales to (so like 50-ish, and most characters heavily upscale from this feat).

Everyone upscale from the 50x uni feat, the 2x uni stuff just supports the 2-C ratings.
