How high does Toeiverse Goku actually scale in Low 4-C?

Since the Kaio-ken multipliers are being accounted to measure the scaling chain towards the feat, how high in tenatons would Slug Saga Base Goku or KK Goku scale into? Considering the 10x multiplier that he used to fight Post-Fruit Turles.

Well, if we go by the high end and assume Gok used Kaio-Ken x10's multiplier of well... 10x, we end up with 18 Tenatons. I don't know much about Slug Saga Goku or the Turles movie as I haven't really got to watching them.
